Education in the Age of AI
SG EduCierge helps schools, school groups and education systems strengthen teaching, assessment and educational leadership for an AI-shaped world.
Our Manifesto
AI can generate an answer. It cannot decide what is worth learning, what counts as understanding, how to exercise judgement, or how a community should use knowledge responsibly.
In the age of AI, schools must do more than adopt new tools. They must strengthen the human capabilities that enable young people to think, create, question, collaborate and act wisely.
SG EduCierge works with schools and education systems to make that shift practical: in the curriculum, in classrooms, in assessment and in leadership.
About the Founder
Mr. Raj spent more than twenty years in Singapore's Ministry of Education system as a mathematics teacher, Head of Department, Senior Curriculum Planning Officer and Vice-Principal, before founding SG EduCierge to bring that experience to schools internationally.
"I have sat in every seat in the system: the classroom, the curriculum office and the principal's room. That is the perspective I bring to every school we serve."
Pillars of Practice
Everything we do sits within three connected pillars of practice, each held to the standard of a high-performing national system.
Singapore mathematics pedagogy, from primary foundations to secondary problem solving, reasoning and modelling.
IIAssessment literacy, task design, alignment and data, held to the standard of national-scale examinations.
IIIInstructional leadership, complex change and Lesson Study: professional learning that becomes a way of school life.
How We Work
Three stages, in order, every time. It is why our work outlasts the workshop.
We start by understanding your context, not by presenting ours: lesson observations, work samples and conversations with your teachers and leaders.
Programmes are built for your teachers, your grades and your goals, never lifted from a generic playbook.
Mentoring, Lesson Study cycles and leadership structures that keep the work alive well beyond the final session.
